Trophy Club Women's Club Charities

In 2022, we received grant requests from 29 charities totaling $125K and were able to fulfill grants to 15 charities awarding $32,000. Our 2022 beneficiaries included: 

  • Battered Women's Foundation - Emergency care program for battered women & their  children 

  • CASA of Denton County - Back-to-school supplies for children in foster care 

  • Christ's Haven for Children - Residential care, college and career, and family resource  for at-risk kids 

  • Denton County Friends of the Family 

  • Camp Hope - for children from homes with domestic violence

  • Grace Like Rain & Giving Hope - Provide homeless families with move-in kits 

  • Hearts for Homes - Improve the living conditions of low-income senior homeowners

  • I Can Still Shine - Emergency care program for battered women and their children -  helps with rent, electricity, medical, dental, eyeglasses, counseling, etc  

  • Journey to Dream - Helping homeless teens - commercial washing machine  

  • Loreto House - Unexpected pregnancy support - client assistance pantry, clothing

  • Metroport Meal on Wheels - Meals to the elderly and those in need 

  • North Texas SNAP - Greater independent living program for adults with intellectual  disabilities 

  • Northwest Christian Community Services - AKA Roanoke Food Pantry Addresses food  insecurity for families in crisis 

  • SafeHaven of Tarrant County - Emergency shelter and supportive services for women  and children escaping domestic violence 

  • Summer Santa - Sending kids to summer camp who are experiencing life challenges∙ 

  • Thrive Direction 61:13 - Weekly gathering of young adults that have experienced foster care to have a meal together, activity, life skill training, and/or Bible exploration.
